Job Description

• Assist in daily operational activities within the central kitchen.
• Support the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and daily activities.
• Assist in coordinating manpower and operational requirements.
• Monitor and update operational records and documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Assist in resolving daily operational issues.
• Ensure company SOPs, safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in operations, food production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to assist with various operational duties when required.
