What you need to have:

• Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner. 

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple customer interactions. 

• A proactive team player who is dependable, adaptable, and willing to support colleagues when needed. 

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, consumer electronics, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory. 

• Fresh graduates and candidates with a strong interest in technology are encouraged to apply. 

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements. 

• Interest in AI or robotics is highly desirable. 

• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs to recommend suitable technology solutions and products without pressure selling.

• Product Demonstrations: Perform hands-on product demos and explain technical features in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

• Customer Setup & Support: Guide customers through purchasing, initial product setup, after-sales enquiries, and feedback with patience and professionalism.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product lines, new tech arrivals, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice.

• Store & Team Operations: Assist with sales floor duties, maintain store standards, and collaborate with team members to reach sales goals.
