Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, with at least 3 years as Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, with deep expertise in PHP development or Laravel

Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, etc.) and experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,MySQL)

Strong understanding of software design patterns, agile methodologies, and best practices in software development

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Provide technical leadership and direction to the software development team

Design, develop, and implement complex software applications using PHP and other relevant technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the company's offerings

Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional development

Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and delivery of software projects within defined timelines and budgets
