Job Description
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities
- Manages all project issues, such as manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
- Must be understand drawings, and ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.
- Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent
- Minimum 15 years construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
- Good knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and project coordination.
- Completed relevant safety courses required,Such as BCSS&WAHS&TFSC.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills,and able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
