Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties

The appointee will be responsible for teaching General Education courses at degree/sub-degree (Higher Diploma / Associate Degree) / diploma levels in the following areas:

  • Philosophy
  • Humanities
  • Cultural Studies
  • General Education

Appointment Criteria

Applicants should have (i) an earned and recognised Doctoral degree in relevant disciplines (Master's degree holders will be considered for the post at Lecturer grade); and (ii) relevant teaching/ professional experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in curriculum design, programme development and management. Professional registration in Hong Kong or overseas is required as appropriate for the particular profession.
