Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand students’ needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of education counselling is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Advise students on course selection, career pathways, and study options.
- Provide guidance on universities in Malaysia and overseas, including the UK, Australia, US, Canada, Singapore, and Ireland.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to recommend suitable education pathways.
- Assist with student applications, documentation, and admission processes.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong relationships with students, including regular updates in the CRM system.
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and marketing activities.
- Stay updated on partner universities and programme offerings, and proactively share relevant information to support student enrolment.
