What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to the loan operations team.
• Maintain and organize clietn records, loan documents, and other operational files.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies regarding documentation and data handling.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of loan applications.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly.
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet company goals.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and liaise with the appointed valuation firm to obtain accurate property market reports, ensuring valuations are consistent and aligned with market benchmarks.
• Provide general admistrative support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(Must).
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, and a team player.
• Able to work independently under pressure with attention to detail.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
