1. Position Summary
This role leads and drives business development activities for Datwyler’s IT Infrastructure products, system, solutions and services within the Asia Pacific region, with focus on Building, Infrastructure, Enterprise IT and Data Centre segments.
The position is responsible for accelerating growth by executing go-to-market strategies, expanding market presence, and managing the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, project, and service teams.
Depending on the experience and seniority of the candidates, the person will be assigned the appropriate targeted countries and segment.
2. Key Responsibilities
Conduct
market research
to identify new business opportunities and assess competitors’ activity
Develop and maintain relationships
with key clients, partners, consultants and strategic alliance stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration
Formulate and execute business strategies
to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
Lead negotiations and close deals
with company objectives
Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on market trends and results
Present business plans and growth strategies to company senior leadership and stakeholders
3. Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or similar roles
Preferred work experience in segment Building, Large Infrastructure, Telecom, Enterprise IT and Data Centre
Knowledge in Infrastructure & Connectivity solutions in Building, Elevator, IT, Data Centre and Industrial environment will be an advantage
Candidates will more extensive experience will be considered for senior level role
