Singapore Business Federation Hiring! Full Time Manager, Marketing - Communications (4-month contract) in - Ricebowl

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional to support priority communications projects and event-related PR. The role will work with internal teams, agencies, vendors and external stakeholders to deliver assigned work.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate video: Coordinate the corporate video project from planning through production, approvals and final delivery, including supporting cutdowns where applicable.
• Sponsored content: Coordinate advertorials and sponsored content, including story development, interviews, internal approvals, publication and supporting social media content.
• PR and communications support: Support communications for selected events and initiatives through media releases, pitches, social content, event publicity, stakeholder coordination and media support, as required.
• Annual report: Support communications deliverables for the annual report, including coordinating content and inputs, copy review, messaging, approvals and production timelines.
• Project coordination: Track deadlines, approvals and dependencies across assigned workstreams, and provide timely updates to the team.
• Undertake other related duties as reasonably assigned to support the Marketing & Communications Division.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing or content production.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience adapting content for different audiences and channels.
• Good project coordination skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
• Experience in media relations, sponsored content or video production is an advantage.
• Organised and able to manage several time-sensitive deliverables
