Responsibilities
Material Handler Specialist
Multiple Locations Available (West Side)
Working Days & Hours:
5 day work week
Multiple shifts available
Salary: $2,400 - $3,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and transporters on daily operational matters
Plan and process orders to meet shipment and collection requirements
Perform receiving and outbound transactions using SAP and WMS systems
Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment documentation
Support cycle count administration and inventory accuracy
Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
Report non-conformances and support process improvement initiatives
Handle physical goods (up to 15–20kg) when required
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations environment is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
WMS knowledge preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
