Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for warehouse cargo movements.
- Prepare shipping documents and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain operational records, reports, correspondence, schedules and expense files.
- Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure cargo is ready for delivery on schedule.
- Update and maintain accurate cargo status information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
- Liaise with customers regarding shipment arrangements, delivery schedules and other logistics matters.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, Lean projects and other operational improvement activities.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
