We specialize in search and selection of executives in the Banking and Finance, Insurance, Consulting, IT, Retail and FMCG industries.
Work in Service Hub Contact Centre
Key responsibilities:
Provide customer service to premier banking clients
Customer support for full range of retail products, including saving plan, insurance
Ensure customer satisfaction
Work with RM and refer cases if needed
HD or above in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in financial institutions
IIQE 1,2,3 and HKSI 1,7,8 license
Good presentation and customer servicing skill
