We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Buyer to manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, vendor coordination, and inventory logistics. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth material transfers, resolving warehouse discrepancies, and maintaining operational fulfillment efficiency.

Job Details & Compensation

• Position Titles & Headcount:
• Day Shift Buyer: 1 Vacancy (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Night Shift Buyer: 2 Vacancies (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) — Permanent Night Shift
• Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
• Start Date: Immediate
• Basic Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 per month
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM 300 per month
• Shift Allowance (Night Shift): Up to RM 300 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Fulfill purchase order requests, conduct regular PO follow-ups, and manage drop-ship orders directly without going through vendors.
• Logistics & Timeline Tracking: Track and update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for incoming goods; manage Material Transfer (MT) requests and follow-ups.
• Master Data & Pricing: Handle new parts creation within the system and manage price updates (POCV).
• Inventory & Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve warehouse discrepancies (CWS).
• Operational Reporting & Issue Resolution: Fulfill daily/weekly procurement reporting; resolve operational issues across the PO lifecycle, logistics, and fulfillment processes.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Education: Diploma degree or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Traditional Mandarin and English (Spoken, Reading, and Written) to liaise with regional clients and suppliers.
• Interview Process: Must be open to completing a 3-stage interview process

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
