Responsibilities
Supervise daily Front Office operations, lead and monitor team performance, ensure excellent guest service, handle guest complaints, and maintain departmental standards. Oversee room revenue control, billing accuracy, shift handovers, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and maximize sales.
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
