Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and expand sales revenue within assigned territories and market segments.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits, technical discussions, and relationship building.

Identify customer requirement and recommend suitable technical solutions and products.

Conduct product presentations,demonstrations, and technical consultations for customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals,tender submissions, and sales documentation.

Work closely with suppliers,principals, and internal teams to support customer projects and ensure timely follow-up.

Analyze market trends,competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts,pipeline reports, and project updates for management review.

Support exhibitions, seminars,technical workshops, and marketing activities when required.

Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
