Our Client, a Leading Award-winning law firm is seeking to recruit a Litigation Secretary for their growing organisation.

Location: Central Singapore

About the Role:

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Secretary to support a team of lawyers in a dynamic, high-profile litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Diary Management

• Manage lawyers’ calendars, scheduling meetings, client conferences and court hearings
• Send timely reminders to lawyers on upcoming hearings, deadlines and deliverables

Litigation Support

• Prepare, format, proofread and finalisation of legal documents
• Assist with e-Litigation filings and service of documents on the Singapore Courts’ electronic filing system
• Assist with document management, including indexing, scanning, file organisation and electronic filing

Administrative Support

• Arrange local and overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries
• Prepare and submit expense claims
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and billing of clients
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information at all times
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a legal secretary or personal assistant, preferably in a law firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
