AMX Money Exchange – KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur

Join our growing IT team at our head office in KL Eco City! We are looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Executive to manage our network infrastructure, configure systems, and ensure smooth, secure day-to-day IT operations across our business.

Your responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs)
• Perform system configurations, hardware setups, and software installations for staff and branches
• Monitor network stability, system performance, and data security to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with system back-ups, user account management, and routine IT maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex IT requests and system upgrades

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in networking and system configuration
• Solid knowledge of network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and security
• Good communication skills to support users clearly and efficiently
• Able to work at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur
