UWC South East Asia Hiring! Full Time Learning - Development Partner, Digital Learning in - Ricebowl

UWCSEA seeks a relationship-focused and data-driven Learning & Development Partner, Digital Learning, to join the team in January 2027, with some flexibility for the right candidate

The Learning & Development Partner, Digital Learning partners with stakeholders across the College to identify learning needs, develop targeted solutions aligned with organisational priorities and evaluate their impact.

The role has a strong focus on data management, overseeing the accuracy, integrity and reporting of learning data to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. It also manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and applies digital learning and instructional design expertise to enhance professional learning across both campuses.

As part of the Professional Learning & Development (PL&D) team, the role works collaboratively with stakeholders across both campuses to deliver effective learning solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Learning Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support the Head of PL&D in analysing learning needs, identifying priorities and translating organisational objectives into targeted learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across both campuses to understand development needs, recommend appropriate learning approaches and strengthen internal capabilities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes, including learning outcomes, behavioural change and ROI.
• Coordinate learning events and manage relationships with internal and external training providers.

2. Data Management & Compliance

• Oversee PL&D data management across the LMS and other College systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, accessibility and compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for PL&D data management and reporting, maintaining systems and processes to support the team's operational needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor learning participation, completion and effectiveness, providing insights to support decision-making and identify emerging learning needs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve data management, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

3. Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Learning

• Administer and continuously improve the LMS, including the development and curation of digital learning resources.
• Support the creation and evaluation of e-learning content using relevant authoring tools.

4. Instructional Design & Training Delivery

• Support the design, development and delivery of learning programmes and internal training.
• Coordinate learning events and PL&D projects, working with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency and reporting.

Person Specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in related discipline
• iHRP and ACLP/ ACTA certification desirable

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, covering stakeholder engagement, learning needs analysis, data management and reporting.
• Experience in digital learning, instructional design and e-learning content development.
• Experience in an educational environment is desirable.

Skills and Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management and reporting.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools; familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, automation and AI is an advantage.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning approaches.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
