JOB SUMMARY

The Production Manager leads overall assembly production for process carrier operations as well as the kitting warehouse, ensuring safe, stable, and high‑quality production in alignment with customer demand and assembly requirements. This role is accountable for operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while building organizational capability through strong people leadership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth, product transfers, and long‑term site competitiveness.
