Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose / Summary
1. Support the Chorus projects related to “Space Control” by registering all necessary business requirements into the development items.

2. Study any improvement ideas with the business users and manage its SR/CR of the system enhancement working together with the Product Owner and the Technical Architect.

3. Manage various projects within the process of “Space Control” to accelerate the process standardization and materialize the yield management DX plan ( - e.g., BEAR, SNOW, Account Plan, etc.).

4. Implement the overall process review so that the process of “Space Control” could be fully aligned with the business requirements.

5. Collaborate and communicate with the Regional BPM/BPIT teams as if a bridge beyond locations for info sharing, any process improvement activities, etc.
