Responsibilities
Setup and manage daily operations of the showflat and sales office.
Ensure the showflat is well-maintained, and staff (cleaners, security, agents) perform their duties.
Prepare real estate documents like the Option to Purchase and conduct basic Anti Money Laundering check.
Handle sales inquiries, conduct site viewings, and attend to VIPs.
Provide after-sales support and administrative assistance.
Conduct property market research and related reports.
Work with authorized real estate agencies (Joint Marketing Agencies) to generate leads and meet sales targets.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Requirements
Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
Singaporean preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent and detail-oriented.
2-year renewable contract.
