Communicate effectively with customers to address shipment inquiries and provide updates
Coordinate with shipping agents and co-loaders to arrange timely shipment customs clearance
Prepare accurate delivery and customs clearance documents to comply with regulations
Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately
