Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, supervision, and reporting of daily workshop activities.
• Monitor ongoing and incoming jobs to ensure timely completion and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure maintenance and servicing activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Manage workshop productivity, manpower, tools, consumables, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop personnel to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop operations, maintenance, or service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of maintenance planning, workshop operations, and quality control processes.
