Job Responsibilities

• Receive, process and follow up on daily hub service tickets until resolution.
• Report shipment issues, including delays, damage, missing contents, misrouted parcels and scanning errors.
• Review system scanning records, transport routes and operational records to investigate issues.
• Review CCTV footage to trace and verify shipment movements.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies using system records, CCTV footage and on-site information, and compile supporting evidence.
• Maintain accurate case records, update service ticket statuses and follow up on outstanding cases.
• Coordinate with hub operations, customer service, transport and other relevant teams to resolve shipment issues.
• Ensure all service tickets and exception cases are followed through to closure.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates, internship candidates, and SPM/STPM school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, data processing or on-site operations is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
