About The Team

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to build and enhance internal data and machine learning platforms that power risk decisioning.

You will work closely with Risk, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Engineering teams to improve how data features and machine learning models are developed, managed, deployed, and integrated into risk decisioning workflows. You may also contribute to backend capabilities of our risk platform and explore AI-driven solutions to improve product capabilities and operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Drive the development and enhancement of internal platforms for feature engineering, model management, and risk decisioning.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, identify pain points, and translate them into product requirements.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Improve workflows for feature development, model deployment, and integration with risk decisioning systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform usability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Explore AI applications to streamline feature generation, platform configuration, and other data and risk workflows.
• Gather user feedback, monitor product adoption, and continuously improve platform capabilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role involving technical products or internal platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical products or platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and technical needs into actionable product requirements.
• Good understanding of data workflows, machine learning, backend systems, or platform products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with complex technical topics and multiple stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms, machine learning platforms, feature engineering, or MLOps.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, credit risk, or other data-intensive environments.
• Experience applying AI or LLMs to product development, workflow automation, or operational efficiency.
