Job Responsibilities:

MOBILE APP & LOYALTY PROGRAM

• Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including tenant and partner collaborations, to grow the app's user base, increase footfall and drive sales.
• Oversee the loyalty app platform and CRM ecosystem, using data analytics to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Manage and upkeep the customer database, including registrations and leads generated from social media, website and roadshows.
• Stay abreast of retail and digital commerce trends through ongoing market research and competitive analysis.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

• Plan, organise and execute campaigns & events (e.g. launches, corporate events, roadshows, exhibitions, festive events).
• Develop event concepts, themes and program flow.
• Prepare event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost control.
• Source, negotiate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Manage event timelines, checklists and project schedules.
• Oversee event setup, rehearsal and on-site operations.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve issues during events.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluation.

ADVERTISING, BRANDING & CONTENT

• Plan and implement promotions, advertisements, social media and sales campaigns
• To liaise with advertising agents / suppliers on preparation & placement of all marketing materials including social media ads.
• Ensure brand presentation is consistent and well-maintained across all platforms.
• Develop and manage compelling content across all marketing channels, with strong copywriting and proofreading standards in English.

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
