We are seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following post:

1. General Clerk (Warehouse)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse documentation, filling and data entry accurately.
• Prepare and update stock records, inventory reports and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supplies and transporters regarding shipments.
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Perform general clerical duties and support daily warehouse operations.
• Performs other related duties incidental to work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

Requirement

· Possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma in accounting or equivalent.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Candidates with working experience in a related field will be an added advantages.

· Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office, WPS and various accounting software.

· Fresh graduates/entry level applications are encouraged to apply.

* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
