Malaysian At least 1 to 2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a kitchen Hardworking, careful and willing to learn Able to work in a busy, hot kitchen and stand for long hours Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Can speak Bahasa Melayu and basic English Typhoid injection and food handler certificate before you start (we will guide you if you don't have them yet)

Prepare meat for the grill: cut, marinate and portion it following our recipes Prepare side dishes (banchan), sauces, soups and rice Cook and plate kitchen dishes to our standard Store raw and cooked food correctly, and use older stock first Receive deliveries and check the quality of stock Wash and clean grill plates, utensils and kitchen equipment Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, and help open and close the kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times Support the chefs during peak hours
