Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, accounts, and sales channels.

• Manage customer relationships and provide timely sales support.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and sampling activities.

• Create and coordinate content and design for social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, reports, and product training materials.

• Monitor sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate order processing, inventory planning, and customer communications.

• Maintain accurate sales, marketing, and inventory records.

• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in sales, marketing, or account management.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• FMCG, retail, distribution, or related industry experience is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
