About the Roles

Join as a Site Supervisor based in Tampines, working a 5.5-day schedule from Monday to Saturday. This is a permanent position offering basic salary + VB, with hands-on involvement in building construction and equipment installation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise daily equipment foundation and installation activities at project sites.
• Plan site activities, allocate tasks, and guide installation teams according to project requirements.
• Carry out hands-on installation works, including equipment positioning, alignment, levelling, and assembly when needed.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, layout plans, and installation requirements.
• Inspect site works to ensure quality meets approved specifications and standards.
• Track installation progress, identify site issues, and coordinate with Project Managers to address delays or constraints.
• Manage manpower deployment, installation sequences, tools, materials, and work areas.
• Conduct safety briefings, comply with WSH requirements, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Coordinate site activities with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and required project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction, mechanical installation, equipment installation, machinery installation, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, equipment installation, lifting, and material handling practices.
• Good communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform hands-on site work and adapt to project requirements.
• Relevant WSH certifications, Work at Height, lifting, or rigging certifications are an advantage.
