A financial-markets firm is seeking an early-career sales professional to support its investment-solutions franchise in Asia.
The role is centred on equity derivatives and structured-product flow, combining client coverage with day-to-day transaction management. Candidates may also come from a broader cross-asset background, provided they have meaningful exposure to equities, derivatives or structured investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client activity across equity-linked and structured investment products
• Manage incoming product enquiries and coordinate pricing with relevant internal teams
• Assist clients throughout the transaction process, from initial discussion through execution and post-trade follow-up
• Develop suitable product ideas based on client objectives and current market conditions
• Work closely with structuring, trading, operations and control functions to ensure transactions are handled accurately
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase activity
• Build an understanding of client investment preferences, product usage and decision-making processes
• Support senior colleagues on account coverage before gradually taking ownership of selected relationships
• Contribute to client-development and broader regional business initiatives
• Maintain appropriate standards around suitability, risk and internal control

Candidate Profile

• Experience in equity derivatives flow, structured-product sales, sales trading, execution or client solutions
• Candidates covering equities within a broader cross-asset role may also be considered
• Understanding of derivative products and the end-to-end transaction process
• Comfortable handling multiple live enquiries in a time-sensitive environment
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Commercially minded, responsive and confident communicating with clients
• Experience supporting private banks, wealth managers, institutional investors or financial intermediaries would be relevant
• Fluent English required; Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese Required
