JOB SUMMARY

The main responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer service in terms of speed, service, sequence, etiquette, food quality and exceed customers’ satisfaction consistently and providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure daily café’s operation are managed effectively and customers’ satisfaction achieved consistently.

JOB RESPONSIBITIES

• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining speed, quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise the café team to ensure smooth daily operations and SOP compliance.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints promptly, professionally, and report when required.
• Conduct staff briefing, on-the-job training, performance monitoring, and maintain staff discipline, grooming, and welfare.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, mise-en-place, housekeeping, and QSC standards are consistently maintained.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, inventory control, and minimizing wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
• Support sales targets, cost control, and effective outlet performance together with the Café Manager.
• Ensure cash handling, administrative tasks, reports, and company documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with all SOPs, company policies, and perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
