About the Role

The Oracle Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will support sales activities, build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.

- Communicate with prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.

- Meet individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Work closely with internal teams to provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Diploma qualification or higher

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused and professional approach.

- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous sales or customer-service experience is an advantage; training may be provided.

- Willingness to complete relevant professional examinations, with examination fees fully sponsored by the company.

- Upon successful completion of all examinations, a $1,000 allowance will be awarded by the company, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
