Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update order records in the system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise workflows.
- Communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking stakeholders to meet their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements for order management efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and management on order status and challenges.
A Successful Order Management (Hindi Speaker) Should Have
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of order management, order processing, customer service or supply chain practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant order management systems and tools such as SAP or ERP system.
