• Job Title: Admin/Finance Manager
• Company: Contract Manufacturer
• Location: Eunos Techpark
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Benefits: AWS, PB + Transport Allowance ($80)

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance & Accounting: Oversee full-set accounts (AP, AR, GL), monthly management accounts, P&L, cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and liaise with external auditors.

• HR & Payroll: Supervise monthly payroll processing (salary, OT, CPF/deductions), ensure local employment compliance, manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, work pass applications, and employee relations.

• Administration: Manage daily departmental operations, insurance renewals, corporate licenses/permits, statutory compliance, vendor/government liaison, and office facilities.

• Supervisory & Team Management: Lead and guide the Admin & Finance team, enforce internal controls, segregation of duties, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance, with proven experience overseeing HR and administration in an SME environment.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore tax/GST regulations, payroll processing, P&L forecasting, and accounting software/ERP systems.

• Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, hands-on, meticulous, independent, and trustworthy.
