Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities.
Handle administrative tasks, documentation, records, and filing.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and follow up on operational matters, schedules, and deadlines.
Prepare reports, documents, and other operational records as required.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, deliveries, and other operational arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
Support the implementation and improvement of operational procedures and processes.
Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in operations or administrative support is preferred.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office applications.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
