What We Are Looking For

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Proactively approach potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and customer visits.
• Promote the company's sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and warehousing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend suitable shipping solutions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals in coordination with the Pricing and Customer Service teams.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert business opportunities into sales.
• Develop new customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales pipeline reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, business development, freight forwarding, or logistics is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to make cold calls, conduct customer visits, and develop new business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
