We are looking for a responsible, friendly and organized individual to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily cashier duties and payment transactions.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide friendly customer service.
- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
- Assist with daily office and retail operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Responsible, honest and willing to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Previous cashier or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
