As a Trade Marketing Intern for Off-Premises, you will be required to plan, execute and monitor programs / Point of Sales Materials for Off Trade channel and ecommerce platforms; delivering on time, in full and within budget. You will be working closely with the Commercial team to ensure all Point of Sales Materials adhere to branding guidelines. You will be responsible to ensure that branding, merchandising and sales related projects are delivered on time, in full and to agreed budgets.

Job responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• eCommerce: Work with key account manager to discuss on promotions and displays monthly; ensure promotion forms and artwork are submitted on time; New product listings – to maintain price page with new product listings, create contents to list into eCommerce platforms
• Reporting: Track and monitor RSP and competition activities for key customers in all Off-Trade accounts including eCommerce sites; Track and analyze weekly Off-Trade depletion data
• Events: Manage and arrange participation of wine and whisky fairs, dinners & events. In charge of sampling during activations and get feedback from consumers to share with Sales team
• Daily admin matters
