Location: MBS, Vivo, Jewel, Orchard, Suntec, Bugis
Full-Time: 44 hours/week (5 days/week). Shifts available is based on store operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Great Service – Provide a welcoming experience and assist customers with their needs.
Follow Up with Care – Proactively check in on customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
Keep Standards High – Maintain agreed standards on the sales floor, at the till, and in service zones.
Drive Sales – Maximize sales by managing stock, sizes, and layout planning.
Store Operations – Support daily tasks including visual merchandising, inventory management, stocktake, and housekeeping.
Handle Transactions – Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay Fashion‑Savvy – Keep up with the latest fashion trends to share insights confidently.
Promote Products – Use product knowledge to recommend items and highlight benefits.
Build Connections – Create strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
