FEPA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Storekeeper in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

This position supports the daily warehouse and store operations of both FEPA Sdn Bhd and Carbo Schroder Sdn Bhd.

• Follow company and departmental SOPs, Work Instructions, rules, and regulations while maintaining accurate records and good housekeeping practices.
• Assist the Department HOD and work closely with team members to achieve departmental objectives and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S practices.
• Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and accurate labelling of all materials and chemicals.
• Manage inventory issuance and movement, coordinate stock transfers with relevant departments, and maintain accurate issuance records.
• Ensure materials are prepared and delivered to the respective departments on time to support uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department for the loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
• Inspect incoming materials to verify their condition and report any defects or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare Sample Trial Result Reports for defective materials and submit them to the Purchasing Department to support supplier claims and follow-up.
• Receive, store, transfer, and deliver materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to the relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization, improve material identification, and facilitate easy retrieval.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and update stock records accurately.
• Monitor the operating condition of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, PDA devices, cranes, and other material-handling equipment. Follow operating procedures, assist with troubleshooting, and coordinate preventive maintenance or repair arrangements when required.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure efficient material flow.
• Assist with wooden crate preparation and packing activities when required.
• Perform other warehouse and storekeeping duties as assigned by the Department HOD or Management.
