Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: 9 - 6, Mon - Fri (WFH Arrangement)

Salary: Up to $4200 + VB (Around 2 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, freight and non-freight receipts, ensuring accurate accounting codes and timely entries.
• Prepare vendor payments, GIRO transactions and ad hoc payments.
• Prepare weekly Statements of Account (SOA) and monthly revenue comparison reports.
• Handle vendor invoices, staff claims and daily receipt processing.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalisation, disposals and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, exchange rates and expense reports.
• Assist with month-end closing, bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting and internal control audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records, filing and documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
