Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or candidate screening is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess information accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruitment platforms.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of candidates contacted and screened.
• Number of qualified candidates identified and shortlisted.
• Candidate screening accuracy and quality.
• Timeliness of candidate follow-ups.
• Completeness and accuracy of candidate database records.
• Achievement of assigned daily and weekly productivity targets.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
