Job Description:

· Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning.

· Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)

· Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works

· Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts

· Knowledge of steel

· Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry

· Liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon

· Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management

· 3 - 4 years experience in Building Environment

· Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage

· Experience completing 2 project cycles is an added advantage

· Knowledge in MS Projects

· Knowledge in Primavera P6 is plus point.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
