• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, sales, marketing, or a related industry is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, positive attitude, and interest in property sales are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Sales-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Comfortable dealing with customers and handling sales enquiries.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to work during weekends, public holidays, property launches, exhibitions, and roadshows when required.

• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage where relevant to customers.

• Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.

• Conduct project presentations, showroom visits, site visits, and property viewings for potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, bankers, lawyers, and other business partners.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales leads, follow-up activities, and sales status.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, including booking, loan application, Sale & Purchase Agreement documentation, and handover coordination when required.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, launches, open houses, and promotional events.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Assist with social media content, digital advertisements, promotional materials, brochures, banners, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and property market developments.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and other reports required by management.
• Perform any other Sales & Marketing duties assigned by the company.
