Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a site supervision role.

Must have a valid CIDB Green Card.

Able to monitor site activities and supervise workers.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work according to the required working hours.

Willing to travel to other project locations when required.

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to address site-specific concerns.

Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, efficiently.
