Minimum SPM / Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience working in a pharmacy/clinic is an added advantage.

Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Friendly, responsible, and proactive in assisting customers and carrying out daily tasks.

Willing to work shifts.

Assist the pharmacist in the dispensing of medicines according to prescriptions and provide basic information to customers.

Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving stock, checking expiry dates, arranging products, and ensuring sufficient stock levels.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable healthcare products.

Actively promote pharmacy products by providing accurate and professional information to customers.

Provide information on supplements and healthcare products to customers based on their needs.

Build good relationships with customers and ensure a friendly and quality shopping experience.

Support daily pharmacy operations, including handling the payment system and assisting with administrative tasks.

Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the pharmacy to create a safe and comfortable working environment.
