Requirements

  • Minimum SPM

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field

  • Possess warranty & automotive knowledge

  • Possess basic computer skills

  • Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Warranty claim preparation and submission

  • Defective warranty parts storage and control

  • Free Service Claim (FSC) preparation and submission

  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks

  • Maintaining proper filing on all documents related
