Maison Kayser French style bread / pastry production (baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, croissants, cookies, quiche, lemon tarts, eclairs, cakes, etc) for 16 shops and B2B customers in factory of 7,000 square feet

In order to cope with our expansion, we are looking for a Morning Shift Shift Baker.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of all bakery products
• Operating ovens and monitoring baking times and temperatures
• Product packing and maintaing the cleanliness of all working area
• Following all food safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Teamwork and good attitude
• 1-5 years relevant working experience

Morning Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm

Work location : Ap Lei Chau

Days off: 6 days off per 4 weeks / 12-18 days annual leave / 15 Statutory Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $14,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
