Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s video production, post-production, and rental services. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with the production team to align service offerings with client needs, and following up on leads to close deals. The specialist will also plan and execute marketing activities, such as digital campaigns, social media outreach, and participation in industry events. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback is expected to help refine strategies and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in media, advertising, or video production.
• Sales Management and Training capabilities to manage pipelines, support team goals, and share best practices across the organization.
• Basic marketing knowledge, including digital marketing, social media, and content promotion, to support brand visibility and campaign execution.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating with on-site production teams and remote stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and client communications.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online collaboration platforms.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
